We provide your loved ones with assistance at home to improve their quality of life.
Our In-home supports services offer periodic support to assist the primary caregiver and/or enable the person to live independently and participate in community activities fully possible. Our In-home support services include a combination of hands-on care, habilitative support, and assistance with activities of daily living. In-home support services eligible for reimbursement shall be as follows:
- Room and board
- Assistance with meals preparation
- Assistance with planning and attending community events
- Eating and food preparation
- Personal hygiene
- Dressing
- Monitoring health and physical conditions
- Assistance with the administration of medication
- Communications
- Interpersonal and social skills
